I really thank Karen who helped me out with my order. I was placing an order from Canada to my best friend who is temporarily in Wellington with her daughter. Karen professionally and politely informed me that they did not have all of the flowers currently in stock and advised me of this. We were able to come up with a lovely compromise as illustrated in the photo. This is how customer service should be. A mutual and honest exchange. Thank you!
